Classic Italian Antipasto Platter

After enjoying an Italian starter at a restaurant on a date, Cris and I decided the deliciousness shouldn’t stay there, so I made it today for company at our house.  Goodness on a plate!  We created our own classic Italian Antipasto platter by piling a fresh bed of mixed leaves around a dish of large green & black Spanish olives and baby tomatoes drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.  I topped the mixed leaves with mozzarella and roasted tomatoes.  I also made warm, sun dried tomato bread sticks to compliment the platter.  Yum. 

Then I used Fabio’s recipe for the THE PERFECT ITALIAN MEATBALLS over THE PERFECT SAUCE.  He has a great personality and adds all kinds of interesting tips throughout his videos.  Sorry, the food was eaten all up as soon as I made it, so there are no pictures!  Happy Cooking!
