Honeyed Chicken

4 Chicken breasts

2 tbsp clear honey

1 tsp whole grain mustard

1/2 tsp dried tarragon

1 tbsp tomato puree

1/4 pint chicken stock
salt and pepper
seseame seeds
Place Chicken breasts in casserole dish. Mix all remaining ingredients together and pour over the chicken.  Leave to marinate at least 30 minutes. (Can leave to marinate overnight).  Cook in oven for 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C), coat chicken with sauce several times while it’s cooking.  Enjoy!  Serves 4.
