About Me

Gathering around the dinner table was a special part of Lindsey’s childhood. Despite having four kids, full time jobs, and busy schedules her parents worked to make family meal time a priority. The family kitchen always seemed to be full of neighborhood kids, friends, family and of course good food.

During her teenage years, Lindsey realized that the God who created the world loves and cares about her deeply.  She began to know God through studying the Bible and talking with Him.  Lindsey developed a love for mentoring, discipling, and teaching women. She studied at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, IL, where she received a degree in Women’s Ministry.

Ever since growing up, Lindsey has loved experimenting in the kitchen and sharing her yummy products with others. With time, her knowledge of cooking has developed through studying Professional Cookery in the UK, working with The Pampered Chef for 3 years, and cooking scrumptious meals for her husband, Cris.

Copy of IMG_9336After graduating from college, Lindsey combined her love for cooking with her love for God by starting Table Talk Ministries. One facet of this ministry is “Cooking for Christ” in which Lindsey interweaves a Biblical message specifically designed for women with a cooking demonstration. The aim of this ministry is to see fast-paced cultures come back to the table to create a space for true acceptance, love, connection, healing and trust to take place.

Lindsey has spoken in women’s groups, led cooking classes for the local community, taught a Christian Hospitality course at Belfast Bible College, helped coordinate the Women’s Study Fellowship program at Belfast Bible College, and has written articles for Wider World and Rejoice Always Magazines.

Hi Lindsey! You probably don’t know me, but just wanted to say thanks for dropping a comment on I blog! I don’t know how you found me but it got me here and I just wanted to encourage you by saying that I think it’s really wonderful how you have managed to merged your passion for God and cooking together to serve His people. Continue to inspire others through your cooking but most importantly, I hope it becomes a fantastic avenue to share Christ’s love with the people around you. God Bless!

Hello there, I am so sorry but I will not be in Belfast at that time as we are leaving Northern Ireland. I do hope God brings just the right person to your group for your opening night in September. I pray God blesses the leadership as they plan for the year ahead! Lindsey Ile

Hi Lindsey, my name is Mo and I picked up your card last year at Focus Fest. I’m contacting you on behalf of our PW, and wondering how far west you are willing to travel. I can’t see from your web site where you are from but I am presuming Belfast? We are in Strabane – about a 2 hour journey for you. I see from the pics that the groups of women seem quite large, we would have about 30 members, also what do you charge. The date we are looking at is 6th March 2014. looking forward to hearing from you. God bless. Mo

Hello Mo, I would have loved to travel out to your church in Strabane, however, I will not be in Belfast at that time. I hope you find someone for March and that God blesses your group in special ways in the year to come! Lindsey Ile

Lindsey I was wondering would you be able to come to speak at St Jude’s fellowship on a wednesday afternoon. This is a group of 20 -25 retired ladies. We are about to plan next years programe. Possible dates 27th November; 8th January, 22nd January or 12th February. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello Anne, I would love to come and speak at St Jude’s fellowship, however, I will not be in Northern Ireland those dates as we leave in the summer. I hope your group will be encouraged, blessed, and challenged in their faith in the year to come. God bless, Lindsey

Lindsey thank you for your prompt reply. May God bless you and your family in all that you do.
